[ENG] There is no doubt that with the over time testing methods are affected by continuous
revisions and improvements of national and international standards. Similarly, the laboratory
equipment, software and hardware that execute and control the execution of the tests are
also affected by these revisions as well as by the updates of the equipment.
On the other hand, the continuous advancement in electronic data acquisition systems,
which incorporate signal treatments by means of filters, optimizes measurement accuracy
and data acquisition.
In the field of construction tests are necessary as an essential tool to observe the actual
behavior of the materials and know their resistant properties in order to optimize their use. In
this sense, cement, cast and in general construction mortars are materials of intensive use in
fields such as civil or industrial engineering, being in particular the cement fundamental part
of the concrete, material of enormous importance in construction.
The main objective of this work is to update the tests for the determination of the
mechanical resistance of cement and construction mortars to the new regulations, as well as
the design and implementation of their automation routines in the equipment of the
Department Of Structures and Construction of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena,
specifically the universal machine EM2 / 100kNMicrotest and control and acquisition
software SCM300.In this sense we have designed four different sequences. The first three consist of the
determination of flexural strength by tests on cement mortar specimens in accordance with
UNE EN 196-1 2005 and UNE EN 196-7.
In the following the sequence of the test for the determination of the compressive
strength has been developed on test mortar specimens, according to the norm UNE EN
13279-2. 2014.
It is true that the system allows the user to work manually with the test equipment in a
manner similar to a classic control panel, however, the execution of the tests automatically,
using routines designed specifically minimize the possibility of making errors in the execution
Of the same and facilitate that the realization of the same can be carried out by operated
without much experience. | es_ES |
