AB - [ESP]En este proyecto se va a llevar a cabo la adecuación de la nave que se encuentra en el
término municipal de Ceutí, en calle Extremadura nº10, del Polígono Industrial de Los Torraos
como centro de coworking tecnológico. Se va a comenzar con una breve descripción de la nave
actual, se harán las demoliciones necesarias y se realizarán unas nuevas particiones según las
nuevas necesidades. Estas particiones serán para tener dentro de la nave tres oficinas, sala de
dirección, sala de juntas, sala de descanso, sala de conferencias, aseos, cocina y tres laboratorios
para lo que se realizará su diseño y los respectivos cálculos. Una vez hecho esto se hará el
presupuesto del proyecto, el pliego de condiciones que ha de cumplir y se recogerán mediciones
y especificaciones de la nave en los planos.
[ENG]This project will carry out the adaptation of the industrial ship that is located in the
municipality of Ceutí, in Extremadura street 10, of the Los Torraos Industrial Park as a
technological coworking center. It will begin with a short description of the current industrial
ship, the demolitions that will be made and the new partitions that will be constructed. These
offices will eventually house three offices, a management room, a boardroom, a break room, a
conference room, toilets, a kitchen and three laboratories for which the calculations will be
carried out in respect to their design. Once this has been done, the project budget will be made,
the specifications that must be met and measurements and specifications will be collected in the
plans.
