Abstract
This report introduces Alibaba listed companies, mainly to introduce and analyze Alibaba's financia lstatements and mergers and acquisitions in the pastfiveyears. Use SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Alibaba's adoption of this acquisition, and what better opportunities and development prospects will be in the future. Through the horizontal and vertical analysis and financial ratio analysis of Alibaba's 2015-2019 financial statements, the company's financial status is diagnosed and recommendations are made. In the booming Internet industry, Alibaba acquired the acquisition of morethan $4.5 billion in Youku Tudou and created a “firstacquisition” of the Chinese Internet. This report specifically discusses the difference in profitability of Youku Tudou before and after the merger.
