Abstract
[SPA]«Cuando llegó a la India, Le Corbusier, un agudo observador, se sintió fascinado por dos objetos antagónicos, uno temporal y el otro eterno: el 'charpoy' (cama india) y el Himalaya. La cama es un objeto sencillo, económico y polivalente. Se puede usar para protegerse del sol, dormir sobre ella, dividir un espacio o incluso almacenar cosas debajo. Además, cubierta con una tela hace las veces de refugio. Las viviendas de bajo coste, los elementos estandarizados y la producción en masa han inquietado siempre a Le Corbusier.No hay duda de que él encontraba estos objetos fascinante».
