[ENG] The increasing concern about environment and the consequences of climate change caused by anthropogenic causes they are becoming increasingly evident. That’s why technologies that may cause a paradigm change in the energy sector are now in the spotlight. Among them is vehicle-to-network (V2G) technology, which is presented as a revolution whose aims to change the way we see electric vehicles, to give them a more active role with the participation as a new source of supply and energy storage as well. In this paper, a weighted ranking of the risks and benefits the full integration of V2G in the distributed generation systems would entail is obtained. This classification of risks and benefits is achieved through the application of a risk assessment methodology based on the fuzzy hierarchical analytical method (FAHP). This methodology is based on the application of Fuzzy Set Theory, to mathematically represent the inaccuracies of the language, and on a Hierarchical Analytical Process (AHP), to hierarchically structure the risks and benefits of V2G integration. In this proposed model, a personal assessment of each of the risks and benefits is carried out with linguistic assessments in terms of risk impact (RI), risk probability (RP) and risk discrimination (RD). These linguistic terms have a trapezoidal fuzzy number associated with them. An algorithm is used to deal with the inconsistencies of fuzzy comparisons. Next, calculate the weight that each risk and benefit represent individually within the structure and obtain the global risk factor (ORF). Finally, ordering the ORF value, we have an importance-weighted ranking of the risks and benefits of using V2G.
