TY - JOUR A1 - Riquelme de Jáudenes, Antonio T1 - The prevention of labor risks in the forces and bodies of national security. [ENG] This study on the application of preventive regulations in the State Security Forces and Corps, will be divided specifically into three sections. In the first place and as an introductory part on the subject of work, it establishes what are the normative a ntecedents in matter of security and health, that is to say what is the origin of these dispositions, from a point of view of Spanish internal law, as with respect to the community law and international law. After this, I will mention the late recognition of the same rights in terms of prevention of occupational risks, without distinguishing between salaried workers and officials. Since for a long time, people who worked in the same workplace or physical space, were not considered equal in terms of health and safety at work, this difference was produced by being salaried workers or staff. As the latter have special rules on prevention of occupational hazards, the third part of the work will address which are the rules that regulate within the staff, the State Security Forces and Bodies: Military personnel, National Police, Local Police, Civil Guard and civilian personnel in military establishments. Establishing a comparison between the peculiarities of each case, in comparison with the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks: such as situations of serious and imminent risk in the workplace, what protection is given to the pregnant worker, and other circumstances.
