AB - [ESP] Durante la reconstrucción de Cartagena después de la guerra Cantonal (1873-1874), se experimentó
en la ciudad un desarrollo económico, y por tanto arquitectónico, que cambió radicalmente la
imagen urbana. Uno de los materiales más utilizados en la construcción de los nuevos edificios fue
el ladrillo en todos sus formatos, ya sea ordinario, prensado, etc. El artículo hace un repaso a la
importancia de este material en la arquitectura de Cartagena, así como una mención a la industria
cerámica desarrollada en torno al ladrillo en los alrededores de la ciudad. [ENG] During the reconstruction of Cartagena after the Cantonal War (1873-1874), he was experienced

image. One of the most used in the construction of the new buildings had brick materials in all
