[ENG] The general objective of this thesis is to generate knowledge about the ICT adoption process in the Spanish agri-food sector. Specifically, the different Web tools offered by the Internet (websites, social media, cloud computing and e-commerce), and those that converge with their use (terminals and mobile devices), created in the Web 2.0 environment. To this end, this thesis proposes an analytical framework that allows the analysis of the background and consequences of the adoption and dissemination of Web tools from both a static and dynamic point of view.In this context, with the information obtained from a survey of 219 companies in the Spanish agri-food sector, the background of the adoption of Web tools is analyzed, through of duration analysis (dynamic analysis), and the background of its intensity of use using Tobit models (static analysis). Secondly, the consequences of the dissemination of the different Web tools are analyzed by using logistical diffusion models (dynamic analysis), and the consequences of their use by means of structural equation models (static analysis). The importance of this analysis is to contribute to increasing the literature related to the adoption of ICTs in the agri-food sector, where it is difficult to find disaggregated and updated information related to the use of ICTs. In addition, the results of this research are important because they provide the guidelines followed by the adoption and dissemination of these technologies, information that is useful for making decisions aimed at promoting innovation strategies that encourage the use of Web tools in this sector.es_ES
