Abstract
The filter design WIND, developed at ESTEC, is already in use by the European space industry. Marco Guglielmi, G. Gheri and A. Alvarez Melcon describe its theoretical foundation and give examples where predictions closely match measured results. The authors are with the European Space Research and Technology Centre in Noodwijk, The Netherlands.
