Relaciones entre formación y mercado laboral: estructura del empleo en la Región de Murcia (1998-2008)

Abstract

[SPA] La presente investigación pretende realizar una revisión de la estructura del mercado de trabajo, centrándose en el ámbito de la Región de Murcia. La población objeto de estudio está referida a un grupo de edad entre 18 y 35 años, en la que interesa averiguar cuál es su posición dentro de la estructura laboral, en primer lugar, revisando su dimensión educativa, así como la influencia del entorno familiar, el sexo y la edad, como principales factores que pueden influir en su pertenencia, dentro de la población activa, a la posición de emprendedores, trabajadores o desempleados. También, desde un punto de vista dinámico, será interesante revisar la evolución en dos momentos distintos: el año 1998 y el año 2008, que nos pueden confirmar si la estructura del empleo así como los factores que la determinan, tienen un carácter estático, o por el contrario responden a una coyuntura del periodo económico y social en el que suceden, que en este caso es la década anterior a la crisis económica y financiera que nos afecta en la actualidad. [ENG] This research is intended to conduct a review of the structure of the labor market for the area of Murcia. The population referenced in this study, focus from an age group between 18 and 35 in which the objective is to find out which is their position within the labor market firstly, reviewing the educational levels, the influence of the family environment, sex and age as main factors that can influence their position within the active workforce as well as to the position of entrepreneurs, workers and unemployed. Furthermore, from a dynamic point of view, it will be interesting to review the evolution at two different moments in time: 1998 and 2008 to see if we can confirm whether the structure of employment and the factors that determine it are static or respond to the economic and social period in which they occur, which, in this case, is the decade before the economic and financial crisis that affect us today.
