%X [Esp]Este trabajo trata de realizar un análisis de cómo una agricultura y alimentación sostenible resultan clave para ayudar a países del todo el mundo a frenar el hambre, la pobreza, luchar contra el cambio climático y a crear entornos globalizados. Estos factores han sido la base para la constitución de la Agenda 2030 por parte de los Estado miembros de la ONU, presentando un plan de futuro con políticas a nivel mundial y nacional para el desarrollo de los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS). Actualmente, los recursos de agua son más escasos, la tierra es menos productiva y la agricultura rural está en decadencia.  Por  ello,  es  crucial  la  importancia  que  tendrán  el  desarrollo  de  sistemas alimentarios sostenibles, la creación de nuevas formas de trabajar la tierra y la innovación en gestionar recursos naturales en la construcción de un futuro viable para todos. A lo largo de este proyecto, se realizará una investigación a través estudios de la FAO y un análisis económico, donde se justificará a la agricultura y la alimentación como centro de los 17 ODS trazando de una estrategia para llevarlo a cabo. [Eng] This project tries to carry out an analysis of how sustainable agriculture and food are key to helping the world's countries to curb hunger, poverty, fight against climate change and create globalized environments. These factors have been the basis for the constitution of the 2030 Agenda by the UN member states, presenting a future plan with global and national policies for the development of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Currently, water resources are scarcer, the land is less productive, and agriculture is in decline. Therefore, the importance of the development of sustainable food systems, the creation of new ways of working the land and innovation in managing natural resources is crucial in building a viable future for all. Throughout this project, research will be carried out through FAO studies and an economic analysis, where agriculture and food will be justified as the center of the 17 SDG, outlining a strategy to carry it out
