Tras una exhaustiva búsqueda para determinar el estado del arte, no se han encontrado estudios sobre la Línea de Ayuda a la Primera Instalación de jóvenes agricultores, como herramienta que sirvan de guía para ser utilizada por los jóvenes en su incorporación, lo que reportaría beneficios inmediatos en el sector agrario, derivados de su mejor preparación y formación, facilitando la introducción de nuevas tecnologías. Sin embargo desde la Unión Europea, organismos nacionales, sindicatos agrarios, etc., se está alerta, ya que los datos estadísticos muestran una tendencia clara hacia la disminución progresiva de los jóvenes menores de 35 años como titulares de explotaciones agrarias y aumento de los mayores de 65 años. Se han detectado diversas causas, extraídas del cuestionario lanzado a los jóvenes agricultores de la Comarca Río Mula, entre las que reseñamos la falta de vocaciones por la inestabilidad de ingresos, el alto coste de la tierra, la dificultad de obtener financiación. Tras un análisis detallado, se proponen diferentes soluciones de fácil aplicabilidad, como una nueva fiscalidad, modificación de la línea de ayuda, inclusión de programas específicos para jóvenes en Desarrollo Rural.[ENG]Presently work is underway to analyze the involvement of young farmers in the agricultural sector, and fundamentally achieve adequate succession in farms. After an exhaustive search to determine the state of this profession, no studies have been found on an Installation of a Help line for young farmers, as a tool and guide for use by young people and aid their recruitment, which would yield immediate benefits in agriculture, derived from their better preparation and training, and facilitating the introduction of new technologies. The European Union, and National, Agricultural Unions etc, however are monitoring statistical data which show a clear trend towards the gradual reduction of young people under 35 years as owners of farms and the largest increase of 65. Various causes are detected, and extracted from a questionnaire launched for young farmers in the Rio Mula catchment area. Including the lack of vocations, we reviewed the instability of income, the high cost of land, and the difficulty of obtaining funding.
