Through the horizontal and vertical analysis and financial ratio analysis of Alibaba's 2015-2019 financial statements, the company's financial status is diagnosed and recommendations are made. In the booming Internet industry, Alibaba acquired the acquisition of morethan $4.5 billion in Youku Tudou and created a “firstacquisition” of the Chinese Internet.
