AB - [SPA]El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster tiene como objetivo principal el cálculo y diseño de las
instalaciones de ventilación, climatización, agua caliente sanitaria (ACS) y sistema contraincendios
de una nave industrial para proceso agroalimentario.
Tras un primer ejercicio de definición del edificio, se procede al cálculo y dimensionado de cada
una de las instalaciones, haciendo cumplir la normativa vigente y garantizando en todo
momento la salud y bienestar de las personas, así como la integridad de la planta y los productos
que allí son procesados. Además, se ha proyectado teniendo en cuenta la eficiencia energética
del edificio, destacando, en este sentido, la instalación de energía solar térmica para producción
de ACS.
[ENG]The main purpose of this Final Work Degree is to estimate and design the ventilation ducts, the
air conditioner, the hot water (DHW) and finally, the fire-fighting system of an agro-food
industry.
After a main description of the building itself, we will proceed to the calculation and measured
of each of the facilities. The current regulations will be enforced and the health and well-being
of people ensured at any time. Besides, the integrity of the industrial plant and its processed
goods have been taken into consideration. In addition, the energy efficiency of the building has
not been forgotten, emphasizing the thermal solar energy installation for the ACS production.
