The aim of this work is to check gender stereotypes which can i nfluence daily practice of teachers. Sometimes teacher is not aware of particular ideas which are pa rt of gender socialization usually carried out in childhood. Those stereotypes might be influencing them, which is why futur e career decisions of pupils might be influenced too. It is also important to check whether students have gender ster eotypes to take appropriate measures, as both mal e and female students can shar e stereotypes. There are teachers who say they do not share stereotypes, never theless, they show some inconsistency in their responses. As they show their hesitancy to give their opinión about certai n sexist statements. Other teachers say they are willing to collaborate in all plan s whose aim is to achieve equality between boys and girls, however, they are not willing to take certain actions. So, they are some diferences between what is said and what is t hought about this topic, and it becomes clear that the internalized ideas are not sometimes socially accepted, and they tend to hide them.
