AB - [SPA]El actual mercado laboral es muy competitivo y está adaptado a las nuevas tecnologías. Para crear una
ventaja competitiva en el mercado laboral, es necesario para los estudiantes adquirir nuevo conocimiento,
y distribuirlo para interpretarlo y así almacenarlo usando las TI. El objetivo de este trabajo es describir un
modelo que examine como el aprendizaje tiene un impacto sobre la adopción y uso de las TI
considerando agentes externos e internos relacionados con la universidad. Un caso de estudio fue llevado
a cabo en donde 107 estudiantes relacionados con la universidad fueron entrevistados. Finalmente, en el
estudio es posible apreciar que llevando a cabo una buena gestión del conocimiento y usando las TI
correctamente y considerando los agentes relacionados con los estudiantes, es posible para los
estudiantes obtener un buen desarrollo formativo. [ENG]The current working market is very competitive and has the right conditions to be adapted to new
technologies. To create a real competitive advantage in the working market, it is necessary for the students
to acquire new knowledge, and to distribute it, to interpret it, and to store it using Information Technologies
(IT). This work aims to describe a model which examines how learning has an impact on the adoption and
use of IT tools considering external and internal agents related with the university. A case study was carried
out where 107 students related with university were interviewed. Finally, in the study it is possible to
appreciate that carrying out good knowledge management and using IT tools correctly considering the
different agents related with the students, it is possible for the students to obtain a good formative
development.
