AB - This paper discusses about an architecture for
the integration of raw video over wireless technology. The
study is oriented to improve the transmission techniques,
simplifying the current topologies and using a middleware
for the communications protocols. The implementation of
a proxy server is avoided and the communications between
servers and clients is done by using TAO (The ACE ORB),
a particular CORBA (Common Object Request Broker
Addressing), incorporating appropriate features for Audio
/Video flow transmissions. Finally, some conclusions and
future research lines are summarized.
