We focus in the 2-5 GHz. For immediate commercial applications UWB propagation is mainly interesting for the 3-5 GHz range [1]. We present experimental validation of the assumption that the path gain function can be modelled independently from the distance and the frequency, as well as some results on the rms delay spread showing a positive increment with distance in the four situations studied.
