El principal objetivo es el de diseñar modelos que permitan una optimización del transporte y una adecuada toma de decisiones, para en última instancia, mantener la calidad y la vida útil de los productos transportados.
[ENG] This research will study the variables of transport of fresh fruit and vegetable products. The main objective is the design of models to optimize transport and help in the decision-making process. The overall objective is to preserve quality and shelf-life of the transported products.
