AB - [Esp]En  este  trabajo  trataremos  de  analizar  el  régimen  de  responsabilidad 
vigente en España, y que deberían acatar las empresas que incumplan 
sus  obligaciones  al  respeto,  en  materia  de  daños  al  medioambiente. 
Ciertamente esta regulación hasta hace tan solo unas décadas era muy 
escasa, pero, con el paso del tiempo, y gracias también a la entrada en 
la  Unión  Europea,  esta  normativa  ha  aumentado  exponencialmente. 
Así,  en  primer  lugar,  veremos  cuál  es  el  marco  normativo  general  y 
posteriormente,  con  mayor  detalle,  nos  detendremos  en  el  régimen  de 
responsabilidad extracontractual establecido. [Eng]n this paper we will try to analyze the liability regime in force in Spain, 
which should be complied with by companies that breach their 
obligations to respect, in terms of damage to the environment. Certainly 
this  regulation  until  only  a  few  decades  ago  was  very  scarce,  but,  with 
the  passage  of  time,  and  thanks  also  to  the  entry  into  the  European 
Union,  this  regulation  has  increased  exponentially.  Thus,  first,  we  will 
see what the general regulatory framework is and then, in greater detail, 
we will stop at the established non-contractual liability regime.
