Evolución de las prioridades de la Unión Europea a través del presupuesto de gastos

Abstract

[ESP] Con el paso de los años, tras los diferentes acontecimientos que han tenido lugar, las prioridades de la Unión Europea han ido evolucionando dando mayor importancia a aspectos que antes no se consideraban como tales, o viceversa. Las acciones y proyectos financiados por el presupuesto de la UE recogen las prioridades fijadas por ésta en un determinado momento. Se trata de estudiar la evolución de las prioridades de la Unión Europea a través del presupuesto de gastos. Para ello, se analiza la estructura del presupuesto de gastos de los distintos periodos de tiempo y su evolución, identificando las causas del incremento o disminución del peso de las principales partidas. Se ha incluido el presupuesto del periodo 2021-2027 y por tanto, el efecto del COVID-19. [ENG] Over the years, after different events, the European’s Union priorities have been evolving and giving more importance to the difference in aspects that previously had not been considered as such, or vice versa. The projects and actions that have been financed by EU’s budget collect the established priorities at a given moment. It focuses on the studying of the evolution of the European Union’s priorities through the given budget. For this, the structure and evolution of the expenditure budget of different periods are analyzed, while identifying the causes of the increase or decrease of the weight of the main items. It is been included the period between 2021-2027 and, therefore, the effect of the COVID-19.
