Diseño de un edificio eficiente como centro de interpretación del Mar Menor

Abstract

[SPA] En este proyecto se realiza el diseño de un edificio eficiente dentro de la Región de Murcia, concretamente en La Manga (Cartagena). Su principal funcionalidad será utilizarlo como “Centro de interpretación del Mar Menor”. Se procede a estudiar la normativa que afecta a este tipo de edificios. En el diseño se van a implementar un conjunto de medidas cuya aplicación ayudará a reducir el consumo de energía incluyendo sistemas basados en la utilización de energía renovable. Entre los objetivos del trabajo cabe destacar que se quiere rehabilitar un edificio para que éste pase a ser considerado de energía cero, y esto se logrará gracias al empleo de diferentes medidas pasivas y activas. Finalmente, se realizará una comparación del consumo actual que tiene el edificio con el consumo que se tendría una vez implementadas estas medidas. [ENG] In this project, the design of an efficient building is carried out within the Region of Murcia, specifically in La Manga (Cartagena). Its main function will be to use it as a "Mar Menor Interpretation Centre". The regulations affecting this type of building are being studied. In the design, a set of measures will be implemented whose application will help to reduce energy consumption including systems based on the use of renewable energy. Among the objectives of the work, it should be noted that the aim is to rehabilitate a building so that it will be considered as zero energy, and this will be achieved thanks to the use of different passive and active measures. Finally, a comparison will be made between the current consumption of the building and the consumption that would be reached once these measures are implemented.
