Recuperando la comunicación cara a cara mediante la tecnología móvil a favor de la App Speaking Face to Face : impacto sociológico

Abstract

[SPA]La rápida evolución en la tecnología móvil ha transformado el campo de la comunicación, generando nuevas formas de relación social y adaptándose a las diferentes culturas alrededor del mundo. Este tipo de comunicación permite a los usuarios experimentar diferentes formas de estar juntos en espacios virtuales, no físicos ni próximos, sino desafiando la visión tradicional, que fue sustituida por la llegada de los dispositivos móviles inteligentes, más conocidos como smartphones, y el uso de las redes sociales. Este cambio tiene sus ventajas, pero al hacer un uso excesivo, afecta a la vida del ser humano y a la sociedad como tal. Algunas de las consecuencias que se han estudiado son: el cambio en la forma de pensar, de compartir, y de reflexionar; aspectos relacionados con el cambio de identidad, la falta de privacidad, y la evolución en las formas de ver las cosas, por el rápido tráfico y sobrecarga de información disponibles en red.

Por tal razón, la presente investigación analiza el impacto que ha tenido el uso excesivo de los dispositivos móviles y las redes sociales en la sociedad. También se ha profundizado en otros aspectos importantes relacionados con el impacto de las aplicaciones móviles y la comercialización por terceros, la relación entre las redes sociales y la doble identidad, el tipo de información en las redes sociales (pública o privada) y cómo el usuario se ve afectado por las condiciones de privacidad. Después de realizar este análisis, se plantea una propuesta de diseño de aplicación móvil, llamada “Speaking Face to Face”, que persigue recuperar la comunicación cara a cara y reducir el uso del móvil mientras se desarrolla un tipo de comunicación más personal. Por último, se ha comprobado la viabilidad de la aplicación diseñada y se ha obtenido un modelo de negocio para crear valor a partir de dicha aplicación. [ENG]The rapid evolution in mobile technology has transformed the field of communication, generating new forms of social relationships and adapting to the different cultures of the world. This type of communication allows users different ways of being together in virtual spaces, not physical or close, but challenging the traditional vision, which was replaced by the arrival of smart mobile devices, better known as smartphones, and the use of social networks. This change has its advantages, but when used excessively, it affects the life of the human being and society as such. Some of the consequences that have been studied are: the change in the way of thinking, sharing, and reflecting; aspects related to the change of identity, the lack of privacy, and the evolution in the forms of things, due to the rapid traffic and overload of information available in red.

For this reason, current research analyzes the impact that the excessive use of mobile devices and social networks has had on society. Other aspects related to the impact of mobile applications and commercialization by third parties, the relationship between social networks and double identity, the type of information insocial networks and the user is affected by the conditions of Privacy. After carrying out this analysis, a request for a mobile application design, called "Talking face to face" was raised, which aims to recover communication, face to face and reduce the use of the mobile device while developing a more personal type of communication. Finally, the viability of the designed application has been verified and a business model has been obtained to create value from said application.
