dc.description.abstract[ENG] In this work, an experimental procedure to determine the temperature distribution in sheet buttwelded joints has been established. Related to light structures, the experiments are focussed on stainless steel elements welded by GTWA procedure. The proposed methodology lets the authors analyze the influence of welding parameters on the heat affected zone. The experimental method can be applied to other types of structural steels and arc welding processes.es_ES
