Abstract

[SPA]El consumo de energía por los servicios asociados a los edificios supone un tercio del consumo energético de la UE. Parte de este dispendio es debido a la desvinculación entre el lugar y la arquitectura del siglo XX. Si en las estrategias de proyecto se recupera el respeto por las condiciones ambientales y socio-culturales del emplazamiento y se aplica coherencia al conocimiento constructivo, se demuestra una mayúscula reducción de la huella ecológica, suponiendo a su vez un ahorro económico directo e inmediato para el ciudadano. [ENG]Energy consumption by the associated services to building, represents about a third of EU energy consumption. Part of this waste, is because of the distance between the 20 century architecture and the place. If in the strategies of project we recoverthe respect by the environmental and cultural conditions of the site and apply coherence to the constructive knowledge, it proves a huge reduction of the ecological fooprint, involving at the same time a direct and immediate economic saving for the citizen.
