Propuesta de impartición de la asignatura Derecho Mercantil en inglés

Abstract

[SPA]Con la intención de cumplir el objetivo de internacionalización del Campus Mare Nostrum se plantea la posibilidad de impartir la asignatura Derecho mercantil en inglés. Siendo conscientes de las dificultades que ello entraña, la propuesta pretende, en primer término, delimitar aquellas partes de la asignatura que por presentar un componenete internacional son susceptibles de ser explicadas en otro idioma y, en segundo término, especificar la metodología a seguir en la impartición concreta de la asignatura en inglés, teniendo en cuenta que el objetivo último no consiste en crear una asignatura de inglés jurídico o de Derecho comparado, sino en impartir nuestro Derecho mercantil utilizando una lengua vehicular diferente. [ENG]The possibility of teaching Commercial Law in English follows one of the main objectives of the Campus Mare Nostrum: the internationalization. Although we are aware of the difficulties involved, this proposal of teaching in english aims to identify in the first place those parts of the subject which contain an international component and, for this reason, they are more suitable to be taught in English and, in the second place, to specify the methodology to be used in the teaching. In this task we don´t pretend to create a kind of English Law subject or a subject which only deals with Comparative Law. Our main goal will be to teach spanish Commercial Law but using another language.
