%X [ESP]Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la optimización energética y constructiva de una nave
almacén, para poder utilizarla como nave industrial que albergue un taller de corte y plegado
de chapa. Para ello, se mantendrán tanto la cimentación y estructura, como el saneamiento y
la instalación de agua de la nave almacén. Asimismo, se calcularán las instalaciones necesarias,
incluyendo la modificación de la obra civil de la nave base (nueva cubierta, cerramientos,
carpintería, etc.), y la instalación de electricidad y climatización para su nuevo uso. [ENG]This project aims at the energy and building optimization of a industrial warehouse so that it
can be used as an industrial unit which houses a sheet metal cutting and folding workshop. In
order to do this, both the foundations and structure of the warehouse, and sanitation and the
installation of water of the original industrial unit (warehouse) will be kept. Likewise, the
necessary facilities will be calculated, including the modification of the civil works of the
original industrial unit (new roof, enclosures, carpentry, etc.); and the installation of electricity
and optimal air conditioning for its new use.
