%X [Esp]En este proyecto estudiaremos la diversidad de género en la empresa española y su rentabilidad, y cómo en estos años la presencia de la mujer ha ido aumentando en los consejos de administración. Este trabajo señala que el gobierno corporativo es un indicador de la buena gestión empresarial, indicando como se estructura el consejo administrativo y sus funciones principales. Asimismo, este trabajo, mediante un análisis estadístico, pretende estudiar si existen diferencias entre empresas con mujeres ocupando cargos en los consejos con aquellas que no las poseen, así como determinar diferencias en cuanto a rentabilidad entre ambos tipos de empresas. [Eng]In this project, we will study gender diversity in Spanish companies and its profitability, and how the presence of women directors on corporate boards has increase over the years. This study points to corporate governance as an indicator of good business management and explains how the board of directors is structured and its main functions. Likewise, this project, through a statistical analysis, studies whether there are differences between companies in which women occupy positions on the board and those where they do not, as well as establishing differences in terms of profitability between both types of companies
