%X [ESP]En esta revisión bibliográfica se presenta un estudio exhaustivo de las diferentes
alternativas para el aprovechamiento de biomasas lignocelulósicas que se generan en la
industria agroalimentaria y que muestran cierto potencial para generar productos
químicos, sustancias de alto valor añadido, biocombustibles y como adsorbentes para la
eliminación de contaminantes emergentes. Así mismo, se ha estudiado como estas
prácticas promueven la sostenibilidad en el marco de la economía circular y crea
oportunidades de crecimiento empresarial. [ENG]This bibliographic review presents an exhaustive study of the different alternatives for
the use of different lignocellulosic biomass samples that are generated in the food industry
and that show some potential to generate chemical products, high added value substances,
biofuels and as adsorbents for the elimination of emerging pollutants. It has also been
studied how these practices promote sustainability in the framework of the circular
economy and create opportunities for business growth.
