%X [Esp]El  presente  proyecto  se  basa en  el estudio  del  Edificio  Casino  de  Cartagena,  “Palacio Casa-Tilly”. Esta es una construcción que data delsiglo XIX y está situada en el municipio de Cartagena, Murcia, siendo una de lasinstituciones más antiguas y arraigadas.Así mismo, el objetivo principal de este trabajo,es demostrartodos los conocimientos que se pudieron adquirir alo largo del desarrollo del Máster de Ciencia y Tecnología de la  Edificación  en  Arquitectura,  titulación  que  fue  impartida  por  la  Escuela  Técnica Superior de Arquitectura y Edificación de la Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena.De este modo, se busca obtener una visualización de la edificación que se mantenga en el tiempo, que permitirá una visión adecuada del mismo.Para  lo  cual fue necesario  estudiar  el edificio  desde  su  origen, historia  y  arquitectura, siguiendo   con   un   análisis   detallado   para   tener   conocimiento   del   estado   actual, concluyendo con la aplicación de diversas técnicas fotogramétricas.[Eng]This  project  is  based  on  the  development  of  the  study  of  the  Casino  Building  in Cartagena,  “Palacios  Casa-Tilly”.  This  same  is  a  construction  that  dates  from  the  XIX centuries and which is located in the municipality of Cartagena, Murcia, being one of the oldest and most deeply rooted institutions.Likewise, the main objective of this work is to demonstrate all the knowledge that could be acquired in the course of the subjects throughout the development of the Master of Science  and  Technology of  Building  in  Architecture,  a  qualification that was  taught by the Technical School Superior of Architecture and Building of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena. In this way, it is sought to obtain a visualization of the building that is maintained over time, which will allow an adequate view of it. For which it was necessary to study the building from its origin, history and architecture, continuing  with  a  detailed  analysis  of  it  to  have  knowledge  of  the  current  state, concluding with the application of various photogrammetric techniques
