%X [Esp]Cartagena  tiene  un  importante  patrimonio  arquitectónicoecléctico  ymodernista  dentro del cual sondestacables las Villas rurales. Nacen como una forma de expresión única en la  que  el  jardín  es  parte  indisociable  del  conjunto,  generando  un  paisaje  característico.Mediante  el  estudio  ortofotográfico  del  jardín se  comprueba  que lapérdida  del mismosupone el detrimento del patrimonio, por lo que resulta necesaria la protección del jardín de la villa como parte constitutiva de la misma y del paisaje cultural que genera. [Eng]Cartagena has an important eclectic and modernist architectural heritage.Within this are remarkable the Rural Villas, that are born as a unique form of expression  in which the garden  is  an  inseparable  part  of  the  whole, generating  a  characteristic  landscape. Through  the  orthophotographic study  of  the  garden,  it  is verified  that  the  loss  of it  is detrimental tothe heritage, soit is necessary to protect thegarden withinthe Villas as a constitutive part of it and of the cultural landscape that is generated from it.
