%X [SPA]En el presente proyecto vamos a estudiar el funcionamiento de un
SEPARADOR POR CORRIENTES DE FOUCAULT que ayude a separar los
residuos no metálicos, de los metales ferrosos, y de los metales no férricos. La
idea es profundizar en las corrientes de Foucault, el aprovechamiento de un
fenómeno normalmente adverso en una máquina capaz de conseguir en tres
cubetas distintas los tres tipos de materiales antes citados.
La sencillez y versatilidad del diseño harán que la máquina sea útil tanto en
plantas de reciclaje expresamente dedicadas, como en cualquier nave o taller en
el que sea económicamente rentable separar virutas o residuos de aluminio o
cobre del acero, pues las diferencias de precio de ambas chatarras promueven
que se separen adecuadamente. [ENG]This project is about the study of a FOUCAULT CURRENT SEPARATOR. (or
Eddy current separator). It let us sort out three different materials. Nonmetallic
materials, ferric materials, and non-ferric metals. The target is a deeper
knowledge of the Eddy Courrents. It is typically an adverse effect in the electrical
industry, but we can use it for our benefit classifying the three types of materials.
The simplicity and usefulness of the design make a perfect machine for
recycling factory, and a very good option for others factories who need separate
iron and steel from aluminum and copper. The low price of steel, and the high
price of aluminum and copper make a good excuse to separate these different
materials automatically with our machine.
