%X [ESP] Chillida Lantoki es la primera actuación de un plan de rehabilitación urbana de Legazpi (Guipúzcoa) cuyo objetivo es la utilización de las ruinas industriales dejadas por el cierre de la Papelera Patricio Elorza como terapia contra un proceso de degradación física y socioeconómica desencadenada por la deslocalización de las empresas. En este texto se analiza la forma de proceder que del reciclaje patrimonial se realiza desde la participación ciudadana que impulsa el proyecto a través de la fundación Lenbur para el desarrollo local. En este caso el proyecto arquitectónico trata de unir pasado y presente en su justa medida y como indicio de su contemporaneidad asume el respeto del medio ambiente como un parámetro más en la resolución constructiva del mismo.

[ENG] Chillida Lantoki is the first performance of an urban renewal plan in Legazpi (Guipúzcoa) which aim is the utilization of industrial ruins left by the closure of the Patricio Elorza Paper Mill as therapy against a process of physical and socio-economic degradation triggered by the relocation of companies. This text analyzes the way forward to the equity recycling is done, from the citizen participation that drives the project through Lenbur foundation for local development. In this case the architectural project aims to unite past and present in perspective and as an evidence of its contemporaneity assumes the respect for the environment as another parameter in the constructive resolution of it.
