We are focused to analyze the hereditary succession in the Family Company, being in the Family Protocol like a tool to confront and to guarantee the successful succession through the generations.
Approaching aspects, such as the legal entailment of the Family Protocol, affecting to the matrimonial agreements of settlement, the economic-matrimonial system, the hereditary succession and the company’s regulation.
