los
programas
de
gestión
utilizados,
así
como
las
herramientas
Internet.
Examinamos
también
en
qué
medida
las
PYMES
de
la
Región
de
Murcia
utilizan
Internet,
el
papel
de
la
web
2.0
en
los
intercambios
entre
las
PYMES
y
las
administraciones,
así
como
los
servicios
transaccionales
que
son
ofrecidos. Our

the
Spanish
SMC
(Small
and
medium
companies)
of
Murcia
region.
We
had
approached
different
subjects,
including
the
connection
to
Internet,
the
computer
science
and
equipment
of
communication,
the
consequences
of
automatisation
and
the
used
programs
of
management,
as
well
as
the
Internet
tools.
We
also
had
examined
to
what
extent
the
Spanish
SMC
use
Internet,
the
role
of
the
Web
2.0
in
the
interchanges
between
the
SMC
and
the
administrations,
as
well
as
the
transactions
services
that
are
offered
by
the
administrations.
