%X [SPA]En este trabajo se analiza el papel de la familiaridad, el contexto y la estructura de los problemas en la habilidad para
aplicar lo aprendido en una situación a otras situaciones (resolución de problemas por transferencia). Hemos estudiado
la transferencia en estudiantes que, a partir de un ejemplo (problema fuente), intentan resolver otros cuatro problemas
(problemas diana). Los resultados indican que la familiaridad afecta a la resolución por transferencia. Además, la
transferencia depende tanto del contexto como de la estructura del problema cuando éste no resulta familiar (problema
científico). [ENG]In this paper it is analysed the role of familiarity, context, and structure of problems in the ability to apply what is
learned in one situation to a different situation (problem solving by transfer). We have studied transfer in students when
comparing one example or “source problem” with four “target problems”. Results show that familiarity affects problem
solving by transfer. Moreover, transfer depends on context and structure of problem if this problem is not familiar
(scientific problem).
