%X This paper introduces a software tool for designing the most tedious part of the telecomunication frameworks in buildings, which is the calculation of TV and radio signal distribution for different frequencies, also giving assistance in other parts like automatic reports, budget generation and creation of schematics for TV and phone signal distribution, among many other features. The software allows to design almost the whole range of current small or medium buildings, which is the main advantage over other existing, software. It also develops an optimization method for designing this kind of projects. Another remarkable defference is a fast, intuitive interface. This software has been developed for professional use as well as academic use
