%X [SPA]  Son muchos los intereses creados con el modelo lineal de producción, la supervivencia de la sociedad tal y como la conocemos, requiere un esfuerzo de todos para cambiar a un modelo de producción circular más sostenible con el planeta, ser más amigo del medio ambiente. Al implantar el modelo circular reutilizaremos recursos que antes eran tratados como residuos pero que ahora son recursos, se trata de reaprender lo aprendido, a respetar lo que no le dábamos valor, a reinventarnos, a contribuir con el bienestar, a reducir el consumo y a valorar lo que tenemos para sentirnos mejor y finalmente a reciclar con información y sentido común. Los resultados obtenidos han sido cruciales para conocer cuál es la preocupación de los consumidores en materia de salud relacionada con la alimentación, información en el etiquetado de alimentos, desperdicio alimentario, y reciclaje.
[ENG]  There are many interests created with the linear production model, the survival of society as we know it, requires an effort by everyone to change to a more sustainable circular production model with the planet, to be more friendly to the environment. By implementing the circular model we will reuse resources that were previously treated as waste and it is about relearning what we have learned, respecting what we did not value, reinventing ourselves, contributing to well-being, reducing consumption and valuing what we have to feel better and finally to recycle with information and common sense. The results obtained have been crucial to know what consumers' concerns are regarding health related to food, information on food labeling, food waste, and recycling.
