%X [Esp]En  el  presente  trabajo  se  desarrolló  una  línea  de  investigación  inherente  a  la  reversión  de  los 
prototipos de género y el incremento del rol que posee la mujer trabajadora en la industria 4.0, 
así  como  también  determinar  el  impacto  de  la  inclusión  respecto  al  género  femenino  en  las 
organizaciones  y  además  describir  si  la  industria  4.0  puede  ser  denominada  como  un  ente 
preocupado, encargado y  capaz de promover  la igualdad de género. El estudio  en cuestión se 
origina dada la necesidad de evaluar si han cambiado los estereotipos y prejuicios tanto sociales 
como laborales respecto a la mujer, siendo la figura femenina un actor importante de la sociedad 
para  su  propio  desarrollo,  el  de  las  familias  y  la  educación  de  los  individuos  desde  la  edad 
temprana; se considera que la mujer es mucho más que ama de casa, rol que se le otorgó durante 
muchos  años  en  términos  reduccionistas,  actualmente  se  cree  que  la  misma  es  un  individuo 
capaz, de gran utilidad en la sociedad, organizaciones, industrias y demás espacios que merecen 
ser ocupados por ellas. Para encontrar los datos que arrojaron resultados deseables y buscados 
se  llevó  a  cabo  un  estudio  cualitativo,  descriptivo  que  parte  de  la  revisión  bibliográfica  de 
distintos documentos, estos permitieron identificar los roles tradicionales de las mujeres desde 
tiempos  antiguos  hasta  la  época  contemporánea,  se  trata  además  de  una  investigación  no 
experimental puesto que no se manipula ningún tipo de variables dependientes o independientes 
para lograr obtener los resultados. Los resultados mostraron que la industria 4.0 ha sido capaz 
de impulsar y promover el rol de la mujer en escenarios laborales e incluir a la misma en una 
esfera de orden  tecnológica, educativa y económica  que vivencia el hombre  como parte de  la 
sociedad. [Eng]The purpose of this paper was to conduct a study inherent to the reversal of gender stereotypes 
and the increase of the role of women workers in Industry 4.0, as well as to determine  the 
impact of the inclusion of the female gender in organizations and also to describe whether 
Industry 4. The topic in question arises from the need to assess whether the stereotypes and 
prejudices  have  changed  both  social  and  labor  regarding  women,  being  also  an  important 
actor in society, for its development, that of families and the education of individuals from 
an  early  age,  It  is  considered  that  the  woman  is  much  more  than  the  role  she  has  as  a 
housewife  and  therefore  the  review  and  contribution  of  this  research  work  is  based  on  the 
desire to expose means or eras that realize the inclusion of women as a social necessity and 
deserving of them as capable human beings. In order to find the data that yielded the desirable 
results  sought  in  this  research,  a  qualitative,  descriptive  study  was  carried  out,  based  on  a 
bibliographic review with documentary approach techniques, which allowed us to learn about 
the role of women from ancient times to the present day; it is also a non-experimental research 
since  no  type  of  dependent  or  independent  variables  are  manipulated  to  obtain  the  results. 
The results showed that Industry 4.0 has been able to promote the role of women in the labor 
field  and  to  include  them  in  the  technological,  educational  and  economic  sphere  that  men 
experience as part of society.
