Se crecieron películas de aproximadamente 500 nm de espesor para distintos valores de [F]/[Sn] (0%, 10%, 15%, 16%, 19%, 20%). Las capas conductoras tienen una elevada cristalinidad que coincide con el patrón para el dióxido de estaño (estructura tetragonal rutilo). La resistencia superficial y la resistividad son mínimas para la muestra dopada al 16%, con valores respectivos 3.05±0.12 Ω cm 2 y (12±6) 10 5 Ω m.
