AB - Eng: Due to the spread of bluefin tuna farms and processing plants, automation (among many other
engineering techniques) may help in the development of effective quality assurance methods. This paper seeks
to display the technological resources available, as part of an ideal system conceived to achieve this goal from a
global standpoint. Fra: " Travail á réaliser en ingénierie pour l´assurance qualité du thon rouge". Dû á l´expansion des fermes de thon rouge et des usines de transformation, l´automatisation  pami de nombreuses autres techniques d`ingénierie) peut aider au développment de méthodes efficientes d´assurance qualité. Cet article vise á prèsenter les ressources technologiques disponibles, comme élement d´un systémes idéal conçu pour atteindre cebut point de vue global.
