AB - [SPA] El objetivo principal del presente trabajo es estudiar la estereotomía de ciertas bóvedas de cantería ubicadas en el Portal y las Torres de Quart, uno de los principales testimonios de la muralla urbana medieval de la ciudad de Valencia. La estereotomía de la piedra, o arte de la montea y corte de piedras, es la disciplina que estudia las trazas y procesos de labra necesarios para la construcción de piezas de cantería. Se ocupa, por tanto, de la forma y construcción pétreas, e incluye el conjunto de conocimientos geométricos y gráficos abstractos en relación con las proyecciones y desarrollos, y su aplicación al corte de piedras. Como objetivo secundario se ha propuesto obtener una documentación gráfica rigurosa de las bóvedas estudiadas, mediante técnicas fotogramétricas, que incluya toda la información necesaria para la realización del análisis estereotómico. Concretamente se han estudiado las siguientes bóvedas:
- Las cuatro trompas, o bovedillas semicónicas, situadas en las esquinas del balcón interior entre la planta baja y la primera, en la tribuna central.
- La bóveda de arista que cubre un espacio en planta baja adyacente al balcón interior, en la tribuna central, en el pasaje de acceso a través del Portal.
- La bóveda aristada de dos tramos que cubre la estancia principal de la planta primera, en la tribuna central. [ENG] The main objective of this paper is to study certain sternotomy stone vaults located in the Portal and Quart Towers, one of the chief witnesses of the medieval city walls of the city of Valencia. Sternotomy stone, or art of cutting stones Montee and is the discipline that studies the traces and processes necessary for the construction styles of pieces of stone. It deals, therefore, the form and building stone, including all geometric and abstract graphics knowledge regarding the planning and development, and its application to cut stone. A secondary objective is proposed to obtain a rigorous graphic documentation of the vaults studied by photogrammetric techniques, which include all the information necessary for conducting the analysis stereotomic. Specifically, we examined the following vaults: 
- The four tubes, or slabs Semicon, located in the corners of the interior balcony between the ground floor and first in the central gallery. 
- The cross vault covering a floor space adjacent to the interior balcony, in the central gallery, in the passage of access through the Portal. 
- The vault awn of two sections covering the main room on the first floor in the central gallery.
