Aplicación del cuadro de mando integral para Hospital Santo y Real de Caridad de Cartagena

Abstract

[ESP] Un cuadro de mando integral es una herramienta que permite a las empresas gestionar a la hora de tomar sus decisiones directivas proporcionando información periódica sobre el nivel de cumplimiento de los objetivos previamente establecidos mediante indicadores en un marco temporal. Aplicamos esta herramienta para analizar la institución “Hospital Santo y Real de Caridad de Cartagena” con el propósito de servir de referencia y apoyo en la definición de estrategias para lograr una alineación con la misión general del hospital, cuyo objetivo principal es el de la mejora continua de la actividad asistencial para lograr la excelencia [ENG] Balanced scorecard is a tool that it allows to the companies to manage at the time of taking its managing decisions providing periodic information about the level of fulfillment of the targets previously established by means of indicators in a time. Use this tool to analyze our institution “Hospital Santo y Real de Caridad de Cartagena” with the intention of serving as reference and support in the strategies definition to line up with the general mission of our organization which main target is that of the constant progress of the welfare activity to achieve the excellence.
