La Responsabildad Social Corporativa de las Cooperativas Agroalimentarias. El caso de Alimer S. Coop.

Abstract

[ES] La práctica de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativaconlleva la integración voluntaria de un comportamiento responsable, en tres aspectos básicos, la transparencia económica, la tendencia hacia la excelencia social y el respeto medioambiental, enel desarrollo de la actividad empresarial. En el caso de las empresas cooperativas, se hace difícil desligar los principios del modelo cooperativo y los principios de la RSC que, de forma voluntaria, la empresa asume e integra en su política empresarial. Por otra parte, se confirma que las empresas que aplican la RSC obtienen importantes beneficios, obteniendo un mejor posicionamiento y reputación, de cara a los grupos de interés, con los que operan. Por ello, es importante que estas singulares organizaciones utilicen los instrumentos adecuados para implementar, medir y comunicar las acciones de RSC. En este contexto, el objetivo delpresente trabajo, de carácter eminentemente práctico, es conocer el comportamiento socialmente responsable de Alimer S. Coop., a través de la realización de su Memoria de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, de la anualidad 2015. [ENG] The usage of Cooperative Social Responsibility, afterwards RSC, entails a voluntary integration of a responsible behaviour with three basic responsibilities, a transparent economy, the trend toward social excellence and the an environment respect within the business development. In case of cooperatives, it’s hard to untie the cooperative principals and the beginning of RSC on a voluntary way as the company assume and integrate his business policy.We can confirm that the companies using RSC obtain important benefits by better positioning and reputation regarding their goal groups they are working with. For the cooperative it’s absolutely necessary to inform al the interest groups regarding their RSC steps and in this way they can evaluate in a positive way all their own characteristics. In this context, the objective of this work, eminently practical, is to know the socially responsible behavior of Alimer S. Coop., through the implementation of its Corporate Social Responsibility Report, the 2015 annuity
