Propuesta metodológica de coordinación horizontal en la realización del TFG en el grado de Dirección y Administración de Empresa

Abstract

[SPA] La entrada en vigor del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior obliga a la elaboración y defensa de un trabajo de fin de grado (TFG), lo cual supone una gran novedad en los planes de estudios de las enseñanzas que ofrecen las Facultades de Economía y Empresa. En este trabajo analizamos una propuesta metodológica que consiste en crear una línea de coordinación entre los docentes de varias áreas de conocimiento. Así, la propuesta contiene un tema integrador de las competencias adquiridas durante el periodo de realización del grado.. Para llevar adelante nuestra propuesta, durante el curso 2012-2013 hemos organizado un grupo formado por cuatro profesores de las áreas de Organización de Empresas, Marketing, Contabilidad y Métodos Cuantitativos. El objetivo es tutelar el TFG de 12 estudiantes que quieran realizar un proyecto que integre los conocimientos adquiridos en el desarrollo de sus estudios de grado a través de la realización de un Plan de Empresa, para ello deberán realizar el Plan de Empresa que es la herramienta que estructura el diseño de cualquier tipo de negocio. This is a major innovation in the syllabus of the studies offered by the Faculties of Economics. In this paper we analyze a methodological proposal which consists in the creation of a coordination line between some professors of different areas of knowledge. In this sense, this proposal is about a topic which is part of the competences achieved along the Degree period. In order to make this proposal advance, we organized a group of four professors from different areas: Business Management, Marketing, Accounting and Quantitative Methods. The aim is to guide the End-of-Degree Project of twelve students who want to develop a project which join the knowledge achieved along their studies in the Degree. This will be done through a Business Plan, a tool that organizes the design of any type of business.
