Abstract

Nuestro trabajo pretende analizar la sucesión hereditaria en la Empresa Familiar, centrándonos en el Protocolo Familiar como una herramienta para afrontar y garantizar con éxito la sucesión relevo-generacional. Abordando aspectos tales como la vinculación jurídica del Protocolo Familiar, incidiendo en las capitulaciones matrimoniales y el régimen económico-matrimonial, la sucesión hereditaria y el régimen societario. We are focused to analyze the hereditary succession in the Family Company, being in the Family Protocol like a tool to confront and to guarantee the successful succession through the generations. Approaching aspects, such as the legal entailment of the Family Protocol, affecting to the matrimonial agreements of settlement, the economic-matrimonial system, the hereditary succession and the company’s regulation.
