%X [SPA]Parece evidente que la enseñanza y el ejercicio de la arquitectura no podrán seguir siendo como hasta ahora; es indispensable enseñar y ejercer eficacia. LA universidad debe transmitir criterios, principios, ética, valor de las cosas, relaciones entre el esfuerzo y el mérito. El arquitecto no sólo debe ser un creador, debe ser también un servidor social. Hay un descrédito general en la política, la economía, la sociedad; nadie puede predecir lo que cualquiera es capaz de aprender por su cuenta, tan sólo cabe sugerir experiencia a quien enseña. Por su parte, la enseñanza de Proyectos necesita combinar teoría, práctica, crítica y búsqueda. [ENG]It seems clear that education and exercise of architecture will not be able to continue as it is now. It is absolutely necessary that efficiency is shown and carried out. The university must transmit criteria's, principles ethics, values and direct relationships between effort and merit. Architec should not only be a creator but a social server, as well. There is a general discrediting plotocs in the economy and in society. Nobody id able to predic what one is capable of doing on his own. There is only room for suggesting experience to whoever teaches.
