%X [SPA]El Área de Derecho Financiero y Tributario de la Universitat de València viene implementando desde el curso
académico 2003-2004 proyectos de innovación educativa a las asignaturas del área, adoptando novedosas iniciativas
como la reconocida Clínica Jurídica. En particular destaca el trabajo realizado en las asignaturas Derecho Financiero y
Tributario I y II de la doble licenciatura ADE-Derecho, donde se obtienen los mayores logros. El verdadero reto de la
Universitat es extender estos métodos al nuevo grado en Derecho, cuya puesta en marcha ya ha comenzado y afectará a
nuestras asignaturas a partir del curso académico 2013-2014: habrá que enfrentarse a grupos más numerosos de los
deseable, alumnos no muy motivados y una sobrecarga de trabajo no reconocida para el profesor. Con todo ello, la
experiencia hasta la fecha de hoy puede calificarse como muy satisfactoria y estimulante. [ENG]The Financial and Tax Law Area of the University of Valencia is implementing since 2003-2004 some educative
innovation projects to its main subjects, adopting new initiatives like the well-know Legal Clinic. In particular, we have
to point out the work done in the subjects Financial and Tax Law I and II of the double degree in Law and Bussiness
Management, where the main results are obtained. The real challenge faced by the University is to extend this methods
to the new 4-year degree in Law, just implemented in the 1st year but not for our subjects: we will have too much non
motivated students per class, and a non recongnised work overload for teachers. Nevertheless, the experience to date
can be described as very positive.
